Ingredients for Tomato Garlic Chutney
Tomatoes – 6-7
Garlic clove – 7-8
Green chili – 2-3
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Rai – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Tomato Garlic Chutney
To make tomato-garlic chutney, first wash the tomatoes and cut them into big pieces after wiping them with cotton cloth. After this, finely chop garlic and green chillies as well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, first put mustard seeds in it and fry them. When the mustard starts crackling, add finely chopped garlic and cook it for 1 minute.

After cooking garlic for 1 minute, put tomato pieces in it and cook. Tomatoes have to be cooked till they become soft. After the tomatoes become soft, add red chilli powder and salt as per taste and mix it. After this, let the chutney cook for one to two more minutes. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
